The award for "Nascar's Most Popular Driver" has been Awarded since 1956. It has been given to the Most Popular Driver each year and is determined by
ballots cast by Nextel Cup fans and handed out at the time of the
season-ending Awards banquet. These drivers prove on and off the track that they are truly genuinely good people and this award is just an expression of everyon's appreciation. Congratulations to each and everyone of them!
